Attend an international symposium on advances in the Systematics and Evolution of Neotropical fishes over the last 20 years since the 1997 Symposium in Porto Alegre.
Londrina is a municipality located in the state of Paraná, in the South Region of Brazil. It has a population of nearly 600,000 inhabitants, and is the second most populated city in the state and the third in the South Region. Londrina is an important axis linking the South to the Southeast regions of Brazil, and represents an important urban, economic, industrial, financial, administrative and cultural center of the north of Paraná state.
There will be lectures, oral and poster presentations, a session of oral presentations honoring Dr. Richard Vari, and a special session of posters focused on fish collections.
